Mercy Esau is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and entrepreneur passionate about sustainable agriculture and community empowerment. She founded Tilime Honey with a vision to protect Malawi's forests while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through responsible beekeeping. Her work has been recognised with the Community Impact Award from the Graça Machel Trust and by being named among Africa's Top 100 Agribusiness Women.
